How the f do you survive sitting down and looking at a screen all day?

Hi all, I just recently started my first full-time desk job. I’m only two days in and my body is rebelling big time. I’m taking as many breaks as I can get away with, doing some stretches in the disabled toilets, getting a walk in at lunchtime, exercise after work. But still, my ankles, knees, energy levels, eyes are all just wtfff-ing. Everyone in my office seems content to just sit like a glazed potato all day so I feel self conscious getting up every hour to move in relieving ways. What are your best tips to survive this sedentary slither into early onset metabolic illness?
