Sorry if this isn’t the right place for this ask, I didn’t really know where to put it.
So my boss has scheduled a meeting with me on Monday afternoon and then been away the last two days, so I can’t ask about it. I asked the other girl in the office (hr role) if she knew anything about it, she does but won’t tell me.
Am I wrong to be pissed off that I have no idea what this meeting is about? My boss is usually great with communication and we have a pretty good relationship.
I want to ask my boss what it’s about so I can stop stressing (or be prepared!). As much as I like her, she’s a shit talker and even if it is something serious I doubt she will tell me via text. How do I ask her for information on the meeting in a way that she won’t be able to wrangle out of answering, but that will maintain my relationship with her if it’s just a standard meeting?
