I read that Friday is the best time from 10am-3pm BUT my bosses were stressed due to end month crap…and my other boss's mom is sick…the vibe has been off at the office. Still not my problem. I am overqualified and they make me do things that doesn't fall under my title and not in my job description. We have no paid lunch as other companies and they want us to stay and eat our lunch at the office.
I have a second interview on Thursday for a 13k raise plus 1 hour paid lunch, Hybrid wfh as needed, and closer distance to my house.
The only thing nice about the current company is that they are easy going….they have never fired an employee. I saw many employees quitting and then coming back to work from them because they are easy going people and a chill job with zero stress almost.
My current financial position is that I just stacked my savings back up and do not want to lose it i.e can't afford being unemployed for any period anytime soo.
What are your thoughts on what I should do?
