How to basically tell my boss no?

So I've just joined a company as an Office Manager. Someone senior has approached and asked to fill out Schengen visa application form. I said sure. HOWEVER I FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DOING THAT, and I believe this falls within responsibilities of a Personal Assistant, which he doesn't have. But really wants one, I can tell. So today I am supposed to fill it out for him and for his family. And I do not have experience, nor desire, and it just pisses me off that he thinks I should do that for him. Am I being unreasonable? I don't want to do this also because if his and his family's visa application is rejected, I am to blame. How to tell him I don't feel comfortable doing that for him? I wouldn't have applied for this position if it was a personal assistant role. P.s. this application is for his…

Am I being unreasonable? I don't want to do this also because if his and his family's visa application is rejected, I am to blame. How to tell him I don't feel comfortable doing that for him? I wouldn't have applied for this position if it was a personal assistant role.

P.s. this application is for his holiday, not anything work related
