I don't know if this is the right sub but I feel like you might have some good advice.
Ever since I started my job there is one girl I can't stand. She's 21 and thinks she knows everything.
She is constantly watching everyone, you can feel her eyes on you and its so uncomfortable. She's the first to report you if she thinks you have done something wrong, will report you even if you haven't.
I'm a great worker, it sounds cocky but I am, clients love me and I'm passionate about what I do. She's the only issue. She's not innocent too, has had her fair share of warnings but she is dating the assistant managers brother so her punishments are never taken seriously.
How can I not let her affect me, I ignore her most of the time but she just makes me feel so uneasy.
