I loved my job but lately it's been difficult because I haven't been trained well and no matter how many questions I ask or notes I take it still isn't enough. I still happen to make mistakes because I wasn't taught those things at all and it's the first time I come upon them.
I was told by a supervisor that after one bad night of messing up that the team lead that just got promoted didn't want to deal with me anymore. I need genuine advice im doing my best to do my job and do it right but it seems like it's not enough. I'm terrified of making mistakes especially from getting a write up. I work at a hotel and there's constantly new things that happen.
