I've been offered a trial week at a better paid job, it is nothing like what I do atm so a trial week would be good to see if I like the job before handing my notice in at my current job. I can't book holiday at such short notice and with covid restrictions in the workplace completely being lifted at the start of May, I will not be able to use that as an excuse. What's the best way to get a week off?
