How to get out of travel / forced camaraderie

Like the title says, I work remote and make a fairly decent salary as a digital consultant. Have been with this company for 2 years and have made some great contributions and enjoy my team. (Who I ever never met in person) Lots of talk about on-site visits that would cause me to fly to Chicago and I have two issues: I hate forced camaraderie in the workplace. I am battling with a few mental health issues from the pandemic and all the isolation and my anxiety thinking about on-site workshops and a few work dinners after is absolutely through the roof. Anyway to get around this? Zero vibes of if you don't go you are terminated, again I love my team and they enjoy me when we zoom and stuff. Also, I have great work performance from my peers and clients I have handled.
