How to handle “boss” who thinks you’re lying to get out of work.

I am a minor and I work as an RA in an assisted living facility. My “boss” is an RN and the director of nursing so she makes my schedule but she is not the actual boss. I’ve had lots of doctors appointments the first couple weeks I started working and then I caught strep and missed a week straight. Now I’ve been back to work a couple days but I’ve recently had a few personal problems that are really taking a toll on my mental health. I tried to go to work and got in my car and started driving but I started sobbing and couldn’t stop. I pulled over and called down a little and called my boss to tell her I was not able to come in as something personal had just happened.

She said “and you just found out 20 minutes before your shift? You don’t want to come in and distract yourself? Well I guess you’re no use to us anyways with the state you’re in”

I felt that the way she said it was just very rude in general. Not to mention she has tried to get me to come in the day after I was in the ER with strep. I know it was late notice but if I can’t even drive my car to work how am I expected to function at work?
They have also been threatening to fire me if I keep missing so much work, which is due to my physical and mental disability.
