How to put my foot down regarding my schedule?

I am new at my job (probably about 2.5 weeks). I made a post yesterday about a coworker saying something unsavory to me. I’m working 6 days in a row (with no overtime bc today starts the new weeks schedule). I told the manager in my interview that I wasn’t available weekends or evenings, but I’ve been scheduled this current weekend and I’m assuming next weekend as well since I can see I work Saturday for 9 hours. I went into my orientation where I was told by a different manager that weekends are rotating, but my coworkers say that’s not how their schedule is. I feel like I’ve been played lol…. How do I go in today and tell my manager that I won’t be available on weekends and I won’t work 6 days in a row unless it’s considered overtime without being fired.
