How do you quiet quit when your job is full of miscellaneous? What should you do when your job is literally designed to make sure you don't go home on time?
I worked administration in a large bank. Everyday I'm drowned with small but urgent requests from different department. Even if I tried quiet quitting, just doing my job would basically mean I work every minute and go home late. Worst part is since I'm basically also coordinating request from different apartments, I have to wait every step of the way. I had to either rush someone or remind someone multiple times. So how do you quiet quit when your job is designed in a way to overwork?
