The first time that recruiter reached out to me for a position I applied was back in May to set up an interview and he never got back to me. In September he did the same thing but for a different position that I applied and he never responded. Today he reached out again for the third time, and this time it's for another position, I want to interview for this company but I'm pretty sure he will just never respond back again. I want to reply but I want to address that never responding back is unprofessional and just wasting my time. How can I put this cleverly in writing so he would either get his shit together or stop bothering me with these false hopes?
I've been laid off few months ago and job searching has been really stressful and when you get email for an interview, you get really excited. But when the recruiter doesn't get back to you, it just makes you lose all hope and feel really frustrated.
