I interviewed for my dream job at Binance. They initially said the process would be 3 – 4 interviews. That became 7 interviews (for a JUNIOR position) and after meeting the co-founder, (weirdest, most bizzare, sexist person I've had the displeasure of meeting), they asked me to jump through yet another hoop by doing 2 case studies.
By this point my heart was starting to lose the willpower but I still gave it my best. I stupidly turned down 2 other offers (in fields that would have just been good money but not what would make me happy) as I figured the process was going well…
Now I'm back to square one and feel so disheartened after going through this intense process for nearly 2 months only for the CF to be the one to reject me. I want to respond to the rejection professionally but I'm just so disappointed, frustrated, upset, angry that I can't even think about how to phrase the response.
