I like my job but it pays poorly. It's a credit union and everyone here is struggling money wise. I'm curious how one goes about starting a union that ensures the workers are accommodated accordingly. Feels like we slave away and barely make enough to live. If you were single working at my job in my city you would have to choose between food and rent. Its very bad.
I want to make a difference but I don't want to be unrealistic. People complain so much but nothing changes and I want to be the start of the change. Ya know?
No one is asking for handouts here just fair wages….
