How to take advantage of the yearly face-to-face with the CEO?

In the past few months my eyes have been opened to the capitalistic hellscape we find ourselves in, so I’m still new to all of this. I work as a nursing assistant in a US hospital. I love medicine but despise the american healthcare system, and I do what I can to help people out within the confines of it. This is getting increasingly more difficult as the staffing and safety situation gets worse and worse due to management cutting back more and more. Once or twice a year, the CEO comes around with a cart full of snacks that he hands out while thanking us for the work we do. This is getting increasingly more difficult as the staffing and safety situation gets worse and worse due to management cutting back more and more.

Once or twice a year, the CEO comes around with a cart full of snacks that he hands out while thanking us for the work we do. He’s demonstrated a complete disregard for our physical and mental well-being, and instead of giving us the help we desperately need, he tries to placate us with candy like we’re fucking toddlers. I’m trying to figure out how to handle this interaction the next time it occurs. I’m so fed up at this point that I don’t care about being fired, so my current best option is to simply tell him to fuck off. I’m sure this would be incredibly satisfying, but in terms of actually improving conditions, I know it wouldn’t accomplish anything at all, besides perhaps giving coworkers some hope/inspiration/motivation. Is there anything I can do or say that would have any real impact on this guy who barely sees me as a human being?

In terms of big-picture, I’ve been getting more involved in trying to encourage my coworkers to organize, and those efforts are ongoing. I’m just here to ask all of you, who have much more experience with all of this than I do, what would be the most effective way to utilize this unique opportunity for a one-on-one interaction with the piece of shit at the top
