i’m in law school and got hired as a part time paralegal in december last year. i’m going away to europe for 3 months in may, however i obviously didn’t tell them this in the interview because i would’ve never gotten the job.
how and when should i tell them about my plans? paralegal work is hard to find so i’d like to be able to come back to the job but i understand that this is unlikely. i’m just worried about them being mad at wasting time training me so i’m looking for ways that i can tell them (even if i add some white lies) that will make me seem like less of a bad person lol
