How would you deal with a manager calling you on teams few times a day whitout a warning?

I feel like it's unnecessary when they could have just sent a message? Maybe its just me, I usually always ask “hey can I give you a call?” Unless its an emergency. My manager is the only one doing that btw, out of the 3 managers I have.
