How would you suppose I resign after being a huge asset to a company for the past three years.

Army vet here, been grinding out my time at my job and it became something I enjoy doing, while working I having completed bachelor and a masters both in business and supply chain management. I recently accepted a position in corporate America making more money and much more but I feel bad quitting my current job. I bring in upwards of 100k a month (small business) with no one to replace me. I start new job in a few weeks and haven’t gave a notice to current job. My current job does not offer anything besides a crummy check and 10+ hours a day. I have built a strong client base with some of the richest people here in my state and they only want to work with me. I’m considering opening a LLC and taking care of them since they all have my personal number and I have built…
