Hi r/antiwork! because of certain work circumstances (usher at major theater chain working 30 hours over 5 days with no holiday pay at base rate of $10/hour) i am craving some service worker schadenfreude. i want to hear how you complete the bare minimum of your duties potentially at the detriment of management and/or customers, and how you get away with it! diligence is overrated, doing anything you werent specifically asked to do is stupid and leads to burnout, i work for a multi billion dollar company, if they want to give me (very slightly above) the bare minimum wage they deserve the bare minimum work from their employees.
