HR just asked me to join tomorrow morning a call with them. And that this call is confidential. That no even my manager must know. I asked the HR guy and he mentioned that the topic is confidencial and that it is about an HR case. That the Point is to ask me some information.
I have no idea what this is about. I am fucking anxious and have no idea what is going on. Is this even legal? To ask me to join a weird ass call with a top secret context? That not even my manager must know?
Has anybody experienced something similar?
