I am a 3rd shift operations supervisor in a warehouse and our corporate office sent out an invite to all salaried employees to sign up for two 3 hour trainings via zoom. The problem is the only times that the training is offered is during 1st shift hours. The start times vary from 9 am all the way to 1 pm. My day ends at 7 am. I have no problem doing the training but it would require me to do so outside of my work hours and also do it at work as I refuse to do work from home. I am sure my boss will just say that we can just alter my hours in order to do this training but that is not the point it will end up altering my life for these trainings while the 1st shift people can do it at work during their work times. Looking for help on this one.
