HR just called my friend to tell him that he deserves conflict at work because his safety standards when it comes to patients safety are “high”

My friend has a degree in his field and worked in few of the best hospitals in the world. His resume speaks for itself. He moved across the country for a job, in the interview he asked about safety and they said that they care a lot about safety. However, after he started working the two women who call themselves “supervisors” which they do not have the title created a living hell for him, they stopped him from training, they created a toxic work environment for him. He accepted all of that. His skills and education helped him to excel. Then one of them got obssessed with him asking other coworker to text her about him in her days off. She would come every morning to yell at him for not violating safety for patients. She said everyone should do exactly like what she says, while her ways are wrong…

She said everyone should do exactly like what she says, while her ways are wrong and cause internal burns to patients and even risk their lives. My friend told her not to get involved in his work and mind her own business. He had enough from her so her proceeded to HR and told them that he can handle a toxic work environment, lack of training, but he cannot accept getting forced to violate safety. He literally shoed documents to support his claims by showing that the way they practice cause internal burns to patients and risk their lives.

The director of this business got involved and “thanked my friend” then she went behind his back trying to find dirt about him. She asked the medical director. The medical director said that my friend's work is the best work he has ever seen in is life, and he has more skills than others.

The director got mad and went to HR and told them that whats happening is all my friend's fault, he created conflict for asking to improve safety.

HR called my friend saying they have an update, once he was on the phone they said there is no update we talked to the director and we came to a conclusion that you created conflict by asking safety questions, your standards “are too high” for us. We are not that “serious” when it comes to safety. and you walk in here asking for a change to people who have been doing the same violations for years and years. We can try to change but it will take years to change. so they basically told him that “they tried to dig dirt and get rid of him”.

My friend said he doesn't have conflict with “everyone” just one woman who has issues with him just because he wants proper documentation for his work.

They hired a new person without a degree nor experince to “replace” my friend as soon as he gets trained. They are brainwashing this new person to accept safety violations.

My friend litearrly put his job on the line and its just amazing how the medical director got sent to have his back.

My friend has a week off and he believes that he lost his job at this point.
