HR mad about temporary long bathroom breaks.

I work as a contractor for a federal agency. For the last week I’ve been facing stomach issues which result in me taking longer bathroom breaks. Most of the duration is me sitting and waiting because if I can feel it coming then it’ll come any time in those 30 minutes. My supervisor pulled me in because another employee complained about my excessive bathroom visits. This prompted me to go to the doctor which I was refraining from doing because I just have a stomach bug and I know it’ll go away on it’s own. They pretty much just gave me a note saying I visited. Will this be enough to keep me from disciplinary actions? The low life granny that told hr told them I was “time stealing” and pretty much just slandered me because I’m young and happy unlike her. I got a note will that be enough?
