husband’s boss asks him every week about his intermittent FMLA

Just like the title says. Every week my husband's boss gets email updates about any active leaves his employees have. My husband has an intermittent leave active for a full year because I am disabled with RA (rheumatoid Arthritis and chronic migraines) both conditions with flares. And we renew it every year. It's been this way since I received my diagnosis 3 years ago. 2 months ago my husband got a new Asshole of a boss and every week when that email comes in he pulls my husband into the office and grills him about the leave. He wants to know the nature of my disability, how long the leave is for, etc. And every time my husband tells him it's none of his business what my disability is but the FMLA goes until December when we will renew it. It's not like he uses it all the time. We only use a few days throughout the year, mostly when the seasons change or I have a medication change/adjustment.
