I am a middle manager at a pool company where techs and lifeguards aren’t paid well. How do I leverage better wages for those that work under me?

Hey guys. I am relatively young and have my first job being in a position where I am second in a chain of command among 5 other managers to the GM who also effectively acts as president. Although I feel I could be paid more, I can live off of what I make. That is not the case for techs and guards who work for us during the summer. What is an approach to understand how much money people SHOULD make in seasonal jobs and how do I work to help leverage better wages for those under me?
