I am being forced to deal with nearly 100% of customers with nearly no help and they wonder why I get most of the complaints

The assistant Manager is one of the worst people I ever met she loudly accosted me multiple times in front of customers when she wasn't in uniform on boxing day and most of her complaints were about me not finding the same customers product when I tried to tell her multiple times that the regional manager said he'd do it, but all she did was talk over me and she even threatened me saying she better not see me at the service desk again even though the manager literally asked me to take a customer call there on the PA. More recently she decided to make me stay exclusively at the front register meaning I have to deal with every customer when not on my break and sometimes I don't even get mine, but what makes it even worse is on the 1st which was a weekend she wasn't wearing…

More recently she decided to make me stay exclusively at the front register meaning I have to deal with every customer when not on my break and sometimes I don't even get mine, but what makes it even worse is on the 1st which was a weekend she wasn't wearing a headset and the PAs were turned off to make matters even worse they were hidden away at the back so no customers could ask them for help and she had the only other employee on shift with her so nobody could guide them anywhere, it made things even worse when the register did not open after recognizing a customer's payment I had to let another customer get them from the back to open it because I had no other way to contact them.

it really feels like I am on my own in general because I am not only stuck at the front these days, but whenever I have both a call and a customer they'd sooner complain about me not doing one then take one off my hands and it's not just the AM they're all like Trad you have a customer or Trad you have a call when they can clearly see I am tending to another customer and they never pick one up for me anymore.

to make matters worse, yesterday I got yelled at for sleeping in during my 15 saying “it is unfair to the team”, what team? they completely avoid helping me these days I am stretched thin and I have went days without getting my 15 or a break in general, but of course that means as little to them as all the extra shifts I picked up because to them it's like that's the least I could do. But as the main manager was mad at me he told me to start calling other stores for transfer and got me really upset when he said the unfair to the team so I tried telling him about the situation on the first of this year and he completely brushed it off. if I don't get that transfer I think I might just outright quit, my siblings reckon I should take my leave first, but even then I don't know if I can really take anymore of this the other day the manager got upset that I didn't up to a shift he just texted me the day before and didn't make sure I actually saw it let alone agreed to it, they've made it abundantly clear that my time means nothing to them, why should I give them anymore of it.
