For the past few months, it feels like every time I get one thing done, I have five more things added on my to-do list. It’s like I get a little bit of each assignment done, but nothing is ever completed. I have so much to do that I don’t even have time to look at my emails during the day. I literally just ignore it them entirely and wait until the next day to skim through what I’ve missed. It is so frustrating. I have other thing I need to do, but I’m am also being asked to complete other time sensitive assignments. It doesn’t help that one of our teammates just put in their two weeks. I’m planning to ask for a 15k raise in my next review…. but I’m starting to feel like maybe I should ask for more. I’m already looking for other positions.
