Yet another update…
Because I was right that there will be a mass exodus.
Out of the 11 direct reports I had, 8 of them are looking for other jobs or are planning to leave no matter what. The manager of the other department (my counterpart when I was there) is also job hunting but might not wait until then.
Everyone is tired of the way me, the other manager, and the supervisor have been treated. The CEO is currently talking shit about me, the other manager, and the shift supervisor.
I'll update when people start quitting.
