Is anyone going on interviews and the interview just DUMPS all their personal problems and the companies problems on you???? This guy just talked about himself for an HOUR, his inability to do HIS job, talked about what a horrible place it was to work, and the low morale and how everyone is “just sick of the bullshit” asked me NOTHING about my resume or my qualifications. Literally 0. Gave me a tour of the building for some unknown reason, and asked me when I could start. I asked him what the pay was and he said he didn’t KNOW. I’ve been on a lot of interviews this year and this is a pretty standard interview at this point. The only reason it stood out was that the carpeting smelled so fucking bad I really regret going on a “tour of the facilities” as I’m still nauseous.
