I work for a popular pharmacy retail chain. My store manager makes the time unbearable. Her management style is essentially how she bullied people during her school years. Which she loves to brag about to IDK assert dominance? My store is currently dozens of resets behind, at least three trucks behind AND a revolving door of employees. I gave it all I could. I spoke to fellow employees to gather their thoughts of how they are treated. All of them are unhappy. I spoke to my district manager but of course nothing was done.
My last and final straw was when I found out new hires are making $3 more than me an hour. Naturally, I confronted my manager and told my fellow employees. I have in an email my manager stating she asked me not to discuss pay. (illegal) She also blatantly made fun of my mental health issues. While using me as the mental health advocate for new hires. I had to up my medication three times since starting there.
I can't quit because, I need this job to transfer. I would've been gone yesterday. This is a summary of what this hell hole has been like. Please feel free to AMA.
