So I had a one on one with manager and now, they have changed my job description.
I am now supposed to do all the work they were assigning me yesterday coz that is what is expected of my role and part of my job description.
I asked my manager 'why wasnt I involved in so n so when so n so is directly related to me'
N her reply was 'oh you werent online'
This just keeps getting worse and worse.
Anybody have any job leads in ecommerce. Please let me know. I am in Canada, but ecommerce is mostly remote, so open to work anywhere. It sad that I worked so hard and this is what I get, not a change of title, but change of job description.
