I am surprised there is not more talk about trucking industry.

Its literally one of the most exploitative industries there is in US, affecting not just US, but foreign workers working in US from their respective countries. Truck drivers are forced on basically 5 and half day continous shifts (some are 7 days and more if company does shady stuff with logbooks which a lot do). Same with dispatchers, a lot work 7 days a week basically, many work without any contracts, especially people working from abroad. Too bad since they hire tons of foreigners/immigrants its hard to organize, so companies abuse the hell out of them. Anyone has experiences with the industry? Share! With railroad workers striking, i think its only fair to bring up trucking.
