I believe I was unjustly fired, what actions to take?

I was fired last friday from my job at a pest control company. Their reasons citied were: a write up from September 16th for unsatisfactory performance on a stop. Not taking the webs off a house for the past two visits Overseeing a trainee and letting him do a bad job on the second visit to that house. I have talked with multiple team leads and they have told me that it is 3 write ups a month for termination. The first visit to that house was September 4th, it was an interior job. Not taking the webs off a house for the past two visits

Overseeing a trainee and letting him do a bad job on the second visit to that house.

I have talked with multiple team leads and they have told me that it is 3 write ups a month for termination.

The first visit to that house was September 4th, it was an interior job. The customer made no mention of webs and did not ask me to do anything on the exterior.

The second visit I was behind on my route. So a co-worker who has been there and running his own routes for almost 2 months was helping me. He got there first and did the service on the house exterior while I did the mosquito treatment for the grass and foliage.

I talked with the Dept. Of Agriculture, they confirmed that only a CA ( Certified Applicator ) is allowed to oversee training. I only have a Service Technician license and so does the co-worker who did the exterior which caused my termination.

The house belongs to the owners best friend btw.

HR during the termination meeting told me they would set up a meeting with the owner to discuss things.
