“Work hard and play hard” – anyone else want to do neither?

I love the type of company who assumes you want to ‘play hard’ with your colleagues and that that’s a perk. Like yeah, we work hard but at 8pm once we finish we can then go for drinks! Uhhh I have a personal life. I’ll pass, thanks.
