I can’t stand companies that say they are for the environment but don’t support flexible work arrangements

My company claims to be so pro environment and how they’re going to have a net 0 impact soon… if you cared about the environment, I feel you would have more opportunities for flexible work arrangements and less emphasis on commuting, let alone have charging stations for 4 vehicles out of dozens of vehicles. Many of our roles could be remote or even hybrid. Instead, they would rather everyone burn up fuels to get here. They would rather everyone risk their lives commuting, waste money on cars, waste time and have less flexibility for “culture”. So dumb
