They micromanage like crazy. They check how much time between each call, if a sale was made, and they actually push the sale over the quality of the call. They actually have said the sale is more important than how the call itself is going and if good service was provided.
We have individual meetings here and there with our boss where he has is share our screen and sound and just watches us work for a little over an hour.
Turns out they also hired too many people during the last 3 months of 2022 so now they’re asking everyone to take time off as much as possible until May. If we don’t have much PTO then we just have to be unpaid. But there will me additional actions taken if people don’t start working less than their scheduled full time hours. Meaning layoffs will begin.
IF we are working our 8 hours then activities will be monitored even more and there better be much more work done than the regular required work.
Yep. I think my time here at this place is done. I can’t stand companies that feel they must watch their employees like hawks.
