The new HBC is threatening to fire or suspend people without pay for not spending up to 2 hours doing our unpaid online work. She's already given unpaid suspension to several nurses some who have worked here over 10 years, just because they haven't done the online work. I'm quite behind on my online work as I happen to have a life outside of this shit job and could now be facing unpaid suspension or worse for not getting it done like I'm in fucking high school. You maybe thinking “well damn maybe it's stuff you need to know!” No it really isn't it's the same lessons on repeat. The least they could do is change up the lessons.
Oh and now if I'm running a bit behind or get done a tad early blam suspended or fired, get an important text and answer it where they can see me blam suspended or fired.
