It seems like companies in south east asia is paying shitty salary to the workers. Whats your thought on this.
- Experienced in selling airlines ticket (2 years)
- Had a job as guest service assistant for an airline (passport checking, issuing boarding pass, tagging luggage)
- 9 years work experience in an insurance company (started as sales representative, selling insurance coverage to walk in customer, work my ass up to be an underwriter, analyzing risk and provide quotations. I then got promoted (with just an increase of usd30 monthly) to product development section. Works includes conduct market research, provide paperworks including proposal, product disclosure sheet, certificate wording. On top of that create setup in the system for users (both front-liners and apps user), do the system testing until it is successfully deployed. Also provide assistance to users whenever they have difficulty with the system or apps.
