My s/o is the only employee where he works. It is a small business, but it is a packaging and shipping store. Family owned (like a knock off post office I guess) He is trying to work up the nerve to put in his one month notice and it’s taking such a toll on him mentally. It breaks my heart. He’s stressed because he’s the only employee in the whole store and if he quits his boss has no employees (which is why he’s giving a one month notice instead of two week) On top of being the only employee, he only makes $11 an hour!!! (Up until the other week he was making $10/hr) It’s absolutely sickening. He’s so extremely overworked and stressed and I just wish I could help him. He needs to nut up and cut ties with that place. No one should have to work in conditions like that for $11 an hour.
