I cried at work today, out of frustration.
I’m working on a project with another department. Currently using a tech platform and a team member who is in the other department is responsible for launching and creating the task and my sole duty is finishing up the second half.
It was relayed to the entire team that I need 60 days to complete my portion before the project deadline. We are 40 days out…guess what..the first half isn’t even created or launched…
And guess what else… I had to work with the senior team member and show them how to create the task because they have no experience using the system. And this team member is paid a higher salary than I am… management is fully aware of the project status and how I’m impacted.
Still went into the bathroom and silently cried.
