I didn’t get paid for training new hires

The professional trainers at my company make WAY more than I do. Quick background, I’m a case manager and I work from home. I was told by upper management that the new hires would just “shadow” me (aka I share my screen and sound as I work). They said “it’s not training because they were told not to ask any questions!”. It’s also a slap in the face because they want to keep using me because I’m “the best case manager there is!!” And…

Annoyed.
