I don’t care if they say it is ‘part time’, 39 hours a week over 6 days IS NOT PART TIME.

I am reminded of my mum's old saying “If you need to use the word 'technically' to justify yourself, you know damn well you are wrong.” I need a part time job, not a fulltime job without benefits pretending it isn't and advertise what IT IS.
