I want to lock my bosses inside their own taproom and light it on fire. I’ve worked at this brewery for a while now and I’m already moving so I’ll need to
quit soon. The owners of said brewery have always been assholes but lately have really stepped it up. As a “taproom lead” I emailed the owner who my point of contact for any taproom issues about a plethora of problems including some of the other owners being problematic towards employees (people straight up wanted to walk out) and the ball-less bastard NEVER responded to me. He was able to respond tp my coworker who gave their 2 weeks with an email telling them “ thanks for all you’ve done, 2 weeks won’t be necessary bring in you key tomorrow” now the shit head owners are covering this employees shifts because we are already short staffed. We all hate working with them. I want to quit today but don’t want to fuck over my coworkers because they are all great
