I live in NYC and yesterday a supervisor whom I had long history of conflict, started to make comments about my face saying ” I look mad all the times my eyes are rolling all the time” and in front of customers and coworkers. And she asked me not to make that face in front of her. When I was started crying, another supervisor called store manager and when he shows up, that supervisor who makes comments about my face stopped him and complained that I never listen to her even something related to work which is not true. My manager asked me to listen to her since she is my supervisor but how would I ever change my face? Since she is always looking at me started paying attention on my face all the time, I wasn't comfortable for what she does to me. Is there a way that I can go above the manager and complain about it? Also I heard a very bad reputation on HR but any advice would be appreciated
