I have what a lot of people want. I have a simple job in a governmental facility, where I'm safe and able to go at a slow pace. I get paid a high amount with a long list of stunning benefits and I'm doing what I love to do.
But as always, I've found something that bothers me. My boss is passive aggressive and accusatory, leaving notes instead of talking to me. The other group of employees (different employer) I must work with were all smiles and joking when I first started-they now go silent when I walk in and advert their eyes.
I'd say it's me, but I don't talk enough for it to be, and I listen to every command my boss gives. I'm super understanding and will do as you say if you tell me to, so why is this happening to me again?
I guess I'm just trying to understand why I can't find somewhere I want to be at for more than a month.
