I work at a certain ABA company as a BT.
There are a lot of issues. The scheduling plays blatant favorites. We are expected-pretty much forced- to have open availability and then not given full-time work. And then gaslighted when complaining that newer employees get priority with patients. It's a random few that come in and get patients while the rest of us are not given patients for weeks to months after finishing our training.
But today, today was the crowning glory of it all. They took back the 1$ and hour raise we were promised and replaced it with a 50 cent raise, claiming it was better.
