“i expect my supervisors to work 1 free hour everyday” Thoughts?

Yep as the title states my dad's boss really think supervisors should work one free hour everyday while he comes in later than everyone else and leaves early, honestly some of the bosses hes had really makes me laugh, so now hes thinking of turning all those unpaid hours either into days off or start paying him 1hr overtime everyday.
