I feel bad for my coworker

Quick read: my coworker got a really bad head injury and is stuck working despite being told by doctors to stay in bed. Mean boss/poverty I want to help them but I’m also paycheck to paycheck. Any suggestions? She is an awesome person that’s been handed shitty cards and she’s doing her best, her husband and child lived with her in a car until recently. They finally got their own place! And for context I’m someone with GAD/high-functioning ASD and have struggled in social situations and work but her and her husband make me having a job delivering pizza easy. No matter how bad of a day I have with customers and people not knowing how to drive, I always have a good day because of them. Sometimes they’d bring their kid to work cause they couldn’t get child care. Their a young couple (20-22) that stay positive and they…

Their a young couple (20-22) that stay positive and they are really caring and just genuine good people.

The wife has health issues and fainted in the shower when her blood sugar dropped and hit her head so hard she had 2 (two) black eyes and she had been told to stay home cause she received a concussion from a bad head injury.
Seeing her at work smiling and pushing through it while also constantly forgetting things and twitching.
Her being at work with her husband taking care of her. He cleans up the store and makes sure she’s able to chill out, both just vibing and pushing through it.
I’ve never met such honest and hard working people. And she is inspiring! She has big dreams.
But between 1. not being able to afford to take off, having just got out of living in their car and really stretching money, and 2. The boss kind of being mean to her about coming to work despite having a doctors not not to come in? Like- lose your job or come in.
They don’t ask for anything and are grateful for what they have. They make my work environment so positive and enjoyable for someone like me riddled with anxiety, I want to help them but I’m also paycheck to paycheck.
Any suggestions?
