I feel guilty for not having enough work to do

First time posting here, I (28M) joined an organisation last year at a high level management position and they are treating me very well and paying me very high salary. I’ve been brainwashed in this cult of having to hustle and work extra hours and do %110. I’m setting here on a Monday with nothing to do at my job because i finished everything. I still feel guilty and I think it’s going to take me time to get out of this cult but I really hope my situation be normalise soon to everyone. It’s madness to see others work harder and get paid poorly!
