Apologies if it’s not appropriate to post here, I’m just so angry and this is the only place I could think of to rant.
I get disability pay for mental health reasons. The Department for Work and Pensions themselves decided I am not well enough to work.
I moved in with my boyfriend recently and my Universal Credit claim became a joint claim with him.
Since he earns over the threshold, they’ve cut me out of my own disability pay.
I’m infuriated. I have next to nothing to my name and God forbid something happens to my boyfriend (who is currently paying for everything while I am not well enough to work) I will be homeless. Again.
Fuck the system.
